EBEORL Exam
In October 2008, the UEMS ORL Section and Board created the European Examination Board in Otorhinolaryngology to help harmonise the knowledge base amongst Otorhinolaryngologists throughout Europe.
Through the EBEORL, a supra-national (European) independent Board will set up a quality standard for all Europe, to facilitate free movement of specialists between member countries.
The European Board exam consists of two parts: a written and an oral exam. It is not an alternative to a national end-of-training examination, where available.
